Unlike when inflation started to spike the feds 1st move was to raise rates by 25 basis points. Now that inflation is collapsing the fed moves to cut by 50 basis points. For owners of assets, deflation is worse than inflation.

As I promised yesterday: "Now all time highs for US stock market with follow thru over night driving the markets even higher".

Meanwhile for the poor MAGAT's trapped in the POS, DJT stock, things are not looking good, with another all time low yesterday.

The stock market between Aug and Oct has predicted the winner of the presidency 100% of the time. Yes, US stocks are up and making daily new All time highs.

Is Trump still pushing "they are eating the dogs"?

Mortgage rates were falling before the fed acted yesterday. The 50 basis point was not quite priced in. It's priced in now. 30 yr mortgage rates at 5% with good credit 750 and up.

With Kama's 50k 1st time home buyers incentive combined with 5% rates watch the housing market come alive. Lowes, HD, Target, Walmart are all mooning today.

The Harris economic train is leaving the station better get on fellas before it's too late

Last time the FED cut the rate by 1/2 point ( 01..02..07..08..24 )
Each cut was preceded by a recession

This rate cut cycle is simply a readjustment to the hike in rates due to the Trump inflation which was caused by his reckless billionaire tax cut, horrible mismanagement of Covid, shutting down our supply chains.

Then is $6.1 Trillion in newly printed US dollars. The $8.1 Trillion Trump added to the US debt is the highest by far of any president in history

Trump says he is the king of debt, can we survive 4 more years of a Trump economy?
